We are so worried of his health and his continuous coughing. His cough is not the normal cough I must say. And it’s been a month now and even if he is taking medicines still cough does not want to leave him. My sister and I never stop persuading him to stop smoking and explaining to him that his health will be in danger is he will continue smoking. We cannot afford to see him very sick so as early as now, we want him to quit smoking.
After several times of persuading him to stop smoking, finally my brother listened and now he quit smoking slowly but surely. He is now reducing the sticks of the cigarettes he smoked each day. Many say that this is the best way to quit smoking because quitting smoking right away is not good. So reducing it each day until the day he will get used to it and will look for cigarettes anymore. I can see the determination and willingness of my brother to stop smoking. I wish him the best and pray that he will succeed in quitting smoking. We supported him on his goal to quit smoking for his own good, his health and the family who inhales the smoke from his cigarettes.
