The sister is thinking of doing some renovation in their bathroom. She wanted to make their bathroom simple and elegant that is why she wants to change the old bathroom sinks that they have. The old one does not look good and the color fades. That is why the sister wants to do a little renovation in their bathroom. She already has in her mind the kinds of bathroom sinks that she wants. In fact she showed it to me once. And all I can say is ‘wow’. The sink that the sister picks is really nice and pretty. Their simple bathroom will definitely looks elegant because of the sink she picks. I got jealous to be honest and thinking of replacing the sink we have at home. Haha!

Teaching her how to cook rice

My niece is turning 10 years old this year and she doesn’t know how to cook rice yet. I remember when I was at her age; I already know how to cook rice with the help of my older siblings. I was not able to enjoy more playing with my friends outside because I have to do the responsibilities that were given to me by my older siblings. I was angry then, but looking back I am so grateful because it made me more responsible person. I learned how to do some house hold stuffs at early age. And I am trying to do it to my nieces.

One morning, while I was busy attending my three months old, one year and two years, I saw my niece playing outside the house. I was thinking, instead of her just playing outside, it would be best if she could help me doing the household chores when I am busy with the little ones. I called the niece’s attention and told her to cook rice. At first she said no, but when I told her that she will look after the little ones she said yes to cook. Haha! Anyways, I am instructing her on how to cook rice and she obediently follows what I say. Her first attempt was perfect and I am so happy for her. She is now in-charge of cooking rice when she is around.

Was there any sincerity in it?

It has been two years now since they aren’t talking anymore after fighting over different issues. It is so sad knowing that they used to be best friends and so close with each other. Their friendship were tested that caused it to be broken. Pride has been hit badly that makes them throwing not so good words to each other. Beatings by words are more painful than beats physically. I have been there, tried it and to tell you it is a torture. I must say, they did not able to handle the situation well that makes the hurtful stuffs dig deeper. If only they take some time to talk it over the table, lay all the cards and listen to each other to save the friendship/relationship. However, both parties are not giving a time to speak their sides and not willing to reach out.

Anyhow, nothing is impossible in this world. Both parties are now reconciled. They forgive and forget and start anew. It really feels good be reconciled. I guess the wounds have been healed. It is good to see them together, spend time and do bonding. But, there is hearsay that the other parties are talking behind the other parties back. To me, it sounds like a hypocrite. How can they do it when they are already reconciled? This isn’t my business at all, and I can’t just butt-in just like that. That is why I just wrote my opinion here. My question is that, was there any sincerity in their heart during the reconciliation? Too bad if there is not.

Next to the Disneyland, the place that I wanted to visit if given the chance is Paris. I heard a lot about the place that makes me so eager to visit one day. If I could, I would like to do it now because of the luxury apartments in paris for rent now. Being in the place that I wanted visit and staying in the luxury apartment is a wonderful pampering I must say. I hope that the day would come that I get to visit the country of my dream and stay in a very nice luxury apartment even for a week. It would be a dream comes true to tour around the city of Paris explore the beauty of the country.

Attending a bible study

Here in the village, there is religious sector that invites kids to attend their summer bible study class. My nieces told me about it, but I did not allow them to attend. I am not against it, just that I do not want the kids to get confuse of what they believe in. Also, I am scared that the kids will get influenced by their beliefs. Even though I did not allow them to go, still the nieces attended the bible study class because their friends were there. I get mad because they did not listen. I told them to stop attending the bible study.

I am alarmed when one of the nieces asked me about the end of the world. “Where did you get that idea?” This is the question that first comes out in my mouth after hearing what the niece’s told me. The niece’s told me that their friend asking them the same question. I want my niece’s to not be confuse so I just explain to them my views and opinion about it. I hope I did give the good explanation. After few days of attending the bible study class, I told the girls to stop attending. If they will still go, they won’t like what I am going to do. Well, I am saying it just it scare them.

Have you attended bible study before from other religious sector? Does it affect your beliefs?

Come up with the kind of business to put up

After thorough thinking, we finally come up with the kind of business that we are going to put up this year. It took us months to think of a nice business. We did a little survey, and study that we needed to make sure that the business would be profitable. We have put up a business before and it was a failure. This time we want the business a successful business that is why we are doing survey and study we needed. Now that we have already decided, the next step to do is to buy the things that we need. We will be giving business card as a way of advertising our business. Also, to let the people know of the services and products we offered. Good thing there is cheap business card printing online that we can order anytime. We do not have to go to the store to place order because we can do it online. After this, more strategies will follow to make the business profitable.

Refuses the offer

After learning that the nanny is leaving, the sister is thinking of a way to make her stay. And the best thing that the sister thinks is to offer the nanny is the college education. It is a nice offer too since her parents can’t send her to school because of their situation. When the sister told her about it, she smiled and said she will think about it. She gave an answer after two days of thinking. We are happy that she said yes to the offer. She said, her mother wants her to finish college since they cannot afford to send her to college.

The sister is getting information of the schools that offer Sunday school. She wants to settle things so that the nanny can take the college entrance exam. We thought all is fine, until one day the nanny told the sister that she will not go to college. She wanted to go home and be with her family. She refuses the offer so to speak. She let the opportunity slips away. It was very sad news to us but it is her decision. She chooses to be with her family than to finish college. I guess she forgot to realize that education is the best treasure a person could ever had, because it is the weapon that will bring a person to a better and successful life. We just wish her the best in life.

They say that writing a song is like writing a poem. You just have to put rhythm and music to your poem and that’s it, it is a song already. Hearing it made me smile because I love to write poems back when I was in college and I still have the poems that I have written. Since I want to compose my own song/music, I will just out a music to the poems I have made years back using the mf pro tools se. I can record that song/s anytime I want. I can now be an artist and my family will be the first person to hear my piece. It would be a dream come true to record my own composition and let others hear it.

Returning their books

In public schools, they provided books for the students to read. The students are allowed to bring it at home for the year, but they have to take good care of the books to avoid penalty. Before they can get the books, they were told to bring plastic cover to cover the books they are going to be borrowed. This is what my nieces did when the classes started. They have been using the books for 10 months already. Now that the 2012-2013 school is ended, it is time to return the books they borrowed. But before returning the books, the nieces have to check if the books are complete and not damage so the teacher will accept it and sign their clearance.

The cover of some books they borrowed has torn, so they have to fix it using scotch tape and cover it again with plastic cover to make it look good. The girls are done fixing the books they borrowed and are now ready to return it. One week before the classes end, the niece will no longer have heavy bags to carry at school. Even though they are done with their final exams, still they have to go to school for completion of the attendance.

For better vision

I have worked online for three years. They have said that facing the computer for hours may harm my eyes. They told me to used eye glasses to protect my eyes. But I did not listen to them and it is my bad because now I noticed that I cannot see clearly the words when I am reading. I guess I need to wear one for better vision. I was looking for a nice eyeglasses online and I saw reading glasses from eyesave.com. I like the style because it is so feminine and the glass is so cute. I need to protect my eyes, and so I will be buying one soon. Reading would be easy for me because I will have a better vision using reading eyeglasses.
